What is the minimum order quantity for each product?
The minimum order quantity by default is 5,000.
Please note, however, that we may lower the minimum order quantity for selective items to 1,000 upon client’s request.
How long does delivery take?
We are usually able to deliver our products within 15 days upon receipt of confirmation and approval of samples.
Can I rely on the product quality?
We retain our own Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) certified manufacturing equipment. We produce our products using reliable, green grade(=EWG grade) materials only under the rigorous supervision and inspection of senior researchers with 37+ years of experience.
How can I request for samples?
There are two options available for the sample process.
1. If you want customized samples, please pay a deposit fee (10~20%) to start the sample process. We will send the container samples together and will pay for the shipping in this case.If you are not satisfied with the sample, the deposit is refundable.
2. If you want to try our stock samples first, you can just pay a DHL shipping fee ahead.
Please give me your address so that I can give you the estimated shipping fee. It’s going to take about 5~10 business days to prepare your first samples.
